1.1 What forms of payments do you accept?

We accept all major Credit Cards.

2.1 To where do you ship? How long does it take you to process an order before it is dispatched?

Currently, we can ship to the United States and Canada.  Once we receive your order, we try to process it for shipping within  3-5 business days.  If you have an urgent shipping need, please feel free to call our Shipping Department at 615-465-6456.

2.2 Do you ship internationally?

We're sorry.  Currently, we can not ship internationally.  Please check back with us or feel free to call us to see if our status has changed.

2.3 How do you price your postage?

Our most common form of shipping is UPS.  UPS rates are based on UPS Simple Rates for Shipments Between the Contiguous States.  Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada will be higher.  All shipping rates can vary based on your location from Tennessee.  

Shipping Rates with FedEx and USPS are based on their shipping rates.

2.4 Can I change or cancel my order?

Sure! You can cancel, or change your order within 24 hours of confirmation. Please contact us with your name and order number at:  [email protected]

After 24 hours, your order will have been processed and we won’t be able to make any changes or cancel it.

2.5 Do you offer a guarantee? Can I return my items?

Of course. We offer an extended 30 day guarantee! 

If you aren’t 100% satisfied with your items, or received faulty goods, simply email our customer support team at [email protected].   Please include the email address associated with the order and describe the issue, include photos if possible. We always aim to respond in 3 days or less!
